- If a scenario mentions "managed database service" or "platform for app deployment," it may point toward PaaS rather than IaaS. - If the scenario describes a finished application the user simply accesses, it is SaaS, not IaaS.

- Scenarios that don't clearly state whether the customer deploys applications can be ambiguous; focus on whether the scenario describes development/deployment (PaaS) or just use of an application (SaaS).
